We guarantee to deliver good quality products. The product quality is checked before it is sent to you.

Be unik allow 2 business days for you to inspect the merchandise condition. You must inform us within 2 business days of delivery if the product is not in good condition. As most items are one-of-a-kind and unique they can be exchanged to any other item(s) of the same value available or refund can be issued after item(s) is returned. If we are not informed about an issue within 2 business days the funds are non refundable. 

Return shipping fees are responsibility of the buyer.

If the product is lost and the carrier can not give us a confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost to you.

 

All sale items are final sale.

 

 

Colors 
Every efford is made to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

 

SHIPPING INFO

 

All items are shipped with CanadaPost. And are insured agains lost and damage at no additional charge.

 

All items are shipped from BC, Canada. We are currently accepting online orders for delivery  within the United States and Canada only.  

All the custom and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer; you may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once the package reached your country.

Order will be shipped within 2 business days. 

Please allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. Packages within Canada are usually delivered within 5-7 business days. Packages shipped to the US can take up to 14 days to arrive. It can take up to 20 business days to deliver your package during holiday season if not send by ExpressPost. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package. You must notify us by email if our package has not arrived after the required delivery time, or if you received damaged goods.
