Mango Wood Bracelets

Produced by women artists from South East Asia. Creating such a beautiful pieces of jewellery provides local  communities with a source of income. There is no mass-production involved. 
Mango wood is easily replenishable natural resource. Especially fancied for its light weight and fine natural color. Each hand painted piece of jewellery is unique to itself.

Our artist use painting technique called the  LaiNum Lai -  flowing water.  Newly crafted bracelet is carefully put into boiling water with oil paints which is creating the beautiful, always unique patterns. Light coat of lacquer finish is applied for the final glow.
